Privacy at ANTONOV

Account and workspace data

When you sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, account identifier and authentication tokens. Firebase Firestore stores the workspace data you choose to synchronize, including contacts, relationships, map layout and reminders.

Authentication tokens are kept for the current browser tab session. The web app does not intentionally expose them to analytics.

Contacts and iPhone synchronization

Contacts are transferred only after you sign in and use synchronization or the iOS share flow. Limited Contacts permission on iOS means only the contacts you selected are read. Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, organization and notes may be synchronized so they can appear in your ANTONOV workspace.

Each account reads and writes only its own Firebase user record. Signing out separates pending imports from the next account.

Activity and reminders

ANTONOV may read the latest activity metadata available to your signed-in Ashikhin account to show that an interaction happened. It cannot read WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or the iPhone system call history. Reminder text you create is stored for your account and delivered to your registered device.

Optional website analytics

Analytics runs only after consent. It sends page paths, referrer host, campaign tags, anonymous tab-session identifiers, page events and engagement duration to the ANTONOV analytics endpoint.

• No precise or approximate geolocation is requested.
• No device fingerprint, hardware profile or form contents are collected.
• No cross-visit identifier is stored. Analytics identifiers live in session storage.
• Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable analytics automatically.

Your control

You can limit iOS Contacts access in Settings, decline analytics, sign out to clear the browser authentication session, and remove local workspace data with the app's reset controls.
